Service Was Quick, The Bikini Bottom Bundle Was Great, Atmosphere was great.

Food was edible. They never got the order right even when it’s printed on the slip. They also never give sauces for the chicken fries even though it should be included. No jce? Forget that - your cup is now full of ice with a bit of drink. We never had so many issues with a Burger King but this one was a complete bust.

They really need to hire people who have a personality and know something about customer service. These people are absolutely clueless. Rude and apparently can't understand English. It's to bad because the food can be good if you get the correct employee.

The sandwich maker went the extra mile and our sandwiches were very good. They made sure to add planet of fixings and it made a huge difference to typical Burger King. The service was also friendly

I like the croissant. It may not be consistent - some days the eggs & ham seem to be more than normal - which is great. My complaint is several times now I show up mid-morning and the doors are locked. No warning on the marquis which always reads "open at 6AM". - Not worth driving out of my way if it's hit or miss if they are actually open.
