Burger King

The customer service could be better. I always get ice from the machine, but today was different. One the workers told me I can’t get ice anymore because (I’m assuming the manager) told her too and proceeded to lock the machine while I was getting ice. I would have have been okay with paying for ice if they told me, pay for ice from now on.

Normal BK food but might just be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life from any Burger King. They ran out of cookies and when I was ordering I could barely hear the guy so I asked what he said and yelled “ WE ARE OUT OF COOKIES “ not to mention every time I tried to order something he kept rushing me saying “ anything else “ very unfortunate experience

This Burger King is attached to a gas station. Been here a few times for lunch. Never had issues with employees not being friendly but the wait at the counter has been longer then desired. The food has come out in a timely manor. The dining area has always needed to be cleaned, dirty tables, floor, drink area. The kitchen looks to be the cleanest area. I like the open kitchen. I hate being charged for a water cup when I’m buying a $5 burger.

To much secret sauce. Lettuce. Eat Slides out a little much. Chicken nuggets to hard don't taste right. Fry to long.

I come here often and service is always great! Staff(Brianna) is always very nice. Food is fresh!
