The restaurant is newly rebuilt and very nice inside. I really like the ordering kiosk, which allows you to customize your entire meal. Our food was hot. The only problem was our buns were dry and crumbly. I'm thinking they were a few days past their "use by" date. Overall, a pleasurable fast food dining experience.

I ordered off of the Burger King app for a delivery to my home that was 8 minutes away. I ordered at 8:04pm and the doordash employee informed me at 8:40pm that they were running a grocery order when it was added to their pick up list so my food wasn't touched at the Burger King until almost 9:00pm. They sent me a text apologizing for the delay but my food was completely cold by the time I got it and when I asked for a refund for my inedible food, they only offered me a $5 coupon. The service and experience I was met with was atrocious and I've submitted a complaint through BBB for neglect of choosing to be a customer at this establishment. Order at your own risk. I will not be eating here ever again and will make it my mission to not recommend this Burger King to anyone I know.

Newly remodeled. Kiosks instead of cashiers taking orders. I have been many times to this location and I have a few observations. 1. Staff is not very good nor are there enough of them to effectively run this place. 2. It will never turn a profit until they get the correct staff with positive attitude, skills and leadership. 3. Food is mediocre mostly. Breakfast sandwiches and burgers not heated after making leaving cold cheese on them. 4. I guarantee I could turn this place around if I didn't already have a full time career. It all starts with leadership, standards and a positive attitude. None exist here from what I have seen over the last 8 years. 3 stars for mediocre food I star for slow and inadequate service 4 stars for atmosphere due to new remodel. Oh, fix parking lot.

Girl taking orders and money was rude. Stood about two feet away from the window. Wouldn’t even look our way at all. Looked like she was talking to or distracted by something else. I started to roll my window down. She glanced at us, then looked back at whatever it was she was looking at (toward the front of the store). I gave up and went to the first window. As soon as that window opened a lady was telling me I had to pay at the first window. I told her the girl wasn’t opening the window. The girl had come running in giving attitude about how she was AT the window and she kept talking over me when I’d speak. In my book if you’re standing a good two feet away, not acknowledging the customer, then you aren’t at the window. Disrespectful, bad customer service. Flat out rude. The other lady
