Burger King

I’ve been coming here since 2000 off and on. I remember it used to be better quality. And line was always long. Now it’s always empty. I know why now. Recently we got food and interraction was weird. No prices or menu was not visible for all foods and the one taking the order refused to disclose price on drinks. Drinks were overprices and got sick from them. Also the food was awful cold. And bread bun broke easily. We kind of got sick after we ate. Couldn’t finish because the quality was awful. Inside it looked dirty and that grossed us out. Tried to find their grade, but it was not posted anywhere. I can’t come here anymore.

In the middle of the day, after a good hike, my friend and I stopped by to grab some food before heading out on another long trek. It was a hot and tiring day. At every other location of this brand, we’ve never had any issues getting drink refills. Come on guys, that’s just not serious. This place is in a tourist area, and it’s disappointing to see families with kids sitting among homeless people inside the restaurant.

Burger King was one of my favorite burgers when they use to flaim broil the patties now it's just air fried or not sure what they do. However, had their sausage croissant breakfast was pretty good!

Burger king has stepped up thier game! I went in and the staff was nice and friendly. Food was better than i remeber. The guy attending idk if he was a manager or what but he was great and helped me out a lot.

disappointing drive-thru experience. we felt rushed while ordering, and the attendant (oscar) was rude and unprofessional. an advertised buy one get one free deal on the chicken sandwich was not mentioned. when we noticed it at the window and asked to add the free item, he became visibly irritated about having to adjust the order. what was most uncomfortable was hearing him complain about us to coworkers in spanish within earshot, not realizing we also speak spanish. while the total was corrected, the lack of professionalism overshadowed the experience. posting this in hopes that management addresses the issue and improves the customer experience moving forward.
