If you want good fresh fries and not old fries that’s hard to chew. Go to a different place. Fries are hard and old not fresh at all and cold. A good manager would know to manage the store better for better quality food 02/7/2026 7pm

The employees here don't listen. This has happened a handful of times throughout the year but if ordering for pickup, once you pull up to the window they will try to give you someone else's order. You'll tell them which order your here for and twice they have walked away while I'm telling them and again give me someone else's order. Two other times there will be items missing. If your missing items and go inside to correct the situation it will take you 3-4 times of explaining before they get what happened. Regardless if you speak English or Spanish. If you understand Spanish, you will hear the kitchen staff berate you and the people at the drive thru blaming you for the problem of missing items. It's a crap shoot whether you get all your items honestly.

Don’t go here ever… I have issues every time I go whether I’m using the app or not, they always get my order wrong as well. This is the closest location to me but I won’t be going back

I usually don’t complain. I went there on 11/2/20 around 9:00pm. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese heavy all with NO tomatoes. I informed twice and when the young man handed me my order. Well I get home and my sandwich is loaded with tomatoes. I noticed on the wrapping that it was crossed out no tomatoes. Ok they made a mistake which could have cost my husband life. I called asked to speak to the manager. He stated he was the manager. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. He told me I didn’t need his name. He hung up the phone. I went back and asked for the manager and asked the your man the manager name. The manager can to the window still refused to give his name. I have them their food back and requested my money back. He did not apologize for the mistake. I normally order

Avoid this location!!! The hispanic elder lady who is so called “Manager” there who is extremely rude and disrespectful, calling the customer slurs and completely disrespecting them. There’s also an asian teen kid who also has no type of manners. They also claim that everything is ran under corporate.
