Burger King

Twice, I stand at the counter for 5+ minutes without a single employee acknowledging me, 4 times I've been in and their pop machine has all the flavored options of pop except the original. How does that work? Menu screen is broken and flashing. Employees are running around yelling to each other. Place is usually empty, but somehow service is slow. Before they closed their indoor area for like a year and a half, this place was good. No idea what's happened. Everything has gone down hill in the last few years, with this and the one on Washington.

When I first moved to GF back in 2020 this Burger King was probably the worst fast food place to go to. It was that way for years. In the last year to 2 years it has turned it around and is now my kids go to. It’s clean inside. The staff is always so friendly. The food is hot and fresh tasting. When I tax my boys fries I have to wait a minute because they’re always so hot! Perfection! Now if only our Taco Bell could follow their example and turn it around!

They need to install a microwave near the pop machine so you can warm up the meal you paid for to be hot. Original Chicken sandwich was cold and rubbery. Whopper patty was cold and dry mozzarella fries old, hard and overcooked. Fries not any better.

Maybe the best Burger King I've ever been to. The people are friendly and the Whoppers don't look like the flattened, thrown together burgers that other BK's sell. No, these look like something from a Burger King commercial. They're 3" high and perfectly put together. Whoever is back there on the grill is an artist. I never fail to stop here when I'm in GF.

There is no manager. They were lost. They use people's bigger orders to knock out the smaller orders and then they are out of sync with the kitchen causing people's orders to go 40-50-80 minutes long. The front has to tell the back what sandwiches to make because they are out of sync with the order tracker. The fries would go empty and they wouldn't drop more fries, the people in the front wouldn't tell the kitchen they are out of fries or waiting on fries and to make more and 10-15 minutes go by before more fries are dropped in the fryer. Multiple people came in and complained the soda was nasty, they never replaced the soda syrup and continued to serve people nasty soda through the drive through knowing it's empty.
