Burger King

Great customer service I have received in a Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's or any other fast food burger place. My son and I had and event at The Mirage banquet hall that's around the corner and when we left we decided to get a Burger. It was late at night around midnight and saw that this Burger King was open 24hrs. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a couple of things. A lady by the name of Gabriela took care of us was very nice and had a good attitude. She told us to pull over to parking spot #1 to wait for our food. I pulled back in and asked if i can change one of my burgers for a different one and she was able to help me out and had a good attitude about it and told me there was no problem at all. Ordered a spicy crispy sandwich and god a sandwich swimming in grease I mean it was just ordered and the bread is already SOAKED in this grease, I lost my appetite after this I have ordered this sandwich at other locations and have never received it like this before if I can give zero stars I would .

Pulled up and ordered a plain double cheeseburger. I then noticed they had apple pies, so I asked if they were made to order or were they sitting around a while. (A legit question at 4am for night time workers like myself) I got no response. I said hello? The woman said ok apple pie? I asked again, the question of are they made to order. Absolute silence. Then she said, ok cheeseburger. I asked her if she spoke English. She said "little bit" so I asked if anyone there spoke English. Once again got "apple pie?" I said don't worry about the pie, just give me the cheeseburger. I pulled up and waited at window. And waited. And no one came. I ordered a bacon croissant and they gave me sausage, also the gentleman at the window Martin stated there was no icing for cini minis. Please double check your order; as they will hand you whatever they want to hand you through the drive thru.

Worst experience ever! On November 15th around 7 p.m., I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order I had placed. The manager refused to give me the order I had already paid for, demanding that I go inside even though I was already at the window. Not only that, but this manager also yelled through the window that it was not my order and woke up my baby who was sleeping in the car. The level of disrespect was appalling.
