Great service in drive thru.Love all their food I've tried.
I’ve ordered the Texas whopper large for 8 years and when you don’t put jalapeño on it and charge for a Texas whopper kinda feels like being ripped off so -3 stars and the attitude of the drive through was horrendous
Average Burger King experience. I had no problems here.
Visited the Fort Payne location on 3/2/22 at 6:52 PM to cure a Whopper craving. Noticed that the inside of the store wasn’t busy, practically empty so we decided to go in. Placed our order and waited for our food. Took a while to get our order and noticed that we were given onion rings in one order instead of fries. I didn’t take it back because it took so long to get our food in the first place. As we were eating another customer came inside with a complaint with their order. We finished our meal and left. As we were leaving yet another customer was walking in with their food bag. I used to frequent this location when I worked in town, hate to see it go down hill.
I will never go back after the experience I had this moring about 9am am a Christian and ur employees was mocking Jesus Christ that uncalled for you have lost a customer
