Always a solid experience here. The staff are friendly, the food is consistently fresh, and orders come out fast, even during busy hours. You can tell the team actually cares about keeping things running smoothly. Compared to other nearby fast-food spots, this Burger King feels well-managed and clean every time I stop in. Drive-thru service is quick, and they rarely miss an item. It’s nice to see a local crew taking pride in doing things right. It has made a gigantic turn around since the new management!

~$60 for 4 meals, roughly $15 per person. And the fries still came out tasting like they were under a heat lamp all day. Ridiculous. If they are going to charge this much at least make the food edible.

Service and food are horrible. And they hang up on you when you call to complain. They close at 10pm even on the weekends. 6 years later and nothing has changed. Rude, lazy service and they still manage to forget items and make food incorrectly. It wasn't even busy. Never heard of not being able to get extra pickles because they don't have small cups. I've gotten mine in a small fry container before. From this place. As I get the same thing everytime the same way.

Absolutely disgusted with our experience at the Burger King in Elkhorn, WI. We were sold food that was clearly overexpired, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours — at the end of the night when they thought nobody would notice. No receipt was given, and the transaction was done outside of the register — highly suspicious. We called to complain and have already involved corporate, because this is not just bad service, it's theft. The staff working that night is knowingly selling food from the waste bin that should have been thrown out, not served to customers. Worse, they’re keeping the cash, stealing not just from customers, but from the Burger King corporation itself.
