Burger King

After a long day, instead of having to run home and make dinner, I opted for a quicker option and ordered burger king via the Walmaet app because it's supposed to be 25% off. When I arrived, the app had already notified me that the food was Complete, there was a very long line at the drive through, and from experience, I knew that I should just walk inside, otherwise I would be there all night long. I should have also known from experience that I would not have the right items. I ordered three kids means and not one of them Had a toy or a drink. I ordered three wrap and burger combo things and not one of those had a wrap or a side! There was some other issue but I can't remember at this point. Trash! I don't know who the so called manager was the morning of 01-18-2026, but instead of facing their mistakes head own she decided to portray the business to be located in Mississippi. What part of Mississippi? I dont know. Anypart i guess because she would not tell me. When I asked for a regional number this person hung up in my face. Never minding the issue I was calling for. It could have been glass in my coffee this manager didn't give a darn. Whomever you are you are not fit to manage your own household let alone someone else's business. FIX IT KING!

Ordered food for dining room. Sit down to eat, only to have to wait for 45 minutes before receiving our food. Overheard the employee's complain about having to remake sandwiches they had already made. I only received part of what I ordered. Wasn't correct. To only sit in the lobby to hear the one employee to keep complaining. Wasn't happy about this establishment

I ordered an iced coffee, but what I received was disappointing. It tasted more like water mixed with a hint of coffee than an actual iced coffee. There was no richness or flavor, and the quality just wasn’t there. Burger King really needs to do a better job with their iced coffee—it should be cold, refreshing, and taste like coffee, not watered down. Burger King - El Dorado Arkansas.

I wish I could give the service a big 0. The lady in there forget one of my burgers from a meal I had gotten. I went through the drive through again to explain the situation. Instead of giving helpful service she argued with me that she had personally put the burgers in there when clearly that’s not how many I asked for. She accused me and my family of taking one out. IF I WOULD’VE REMOVED ONE I WOULDN’T HAVE SAT IN LINE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. mind you, the line was long. THEN, not even that but she counted the burgers one by one taking them out as if I was lying. Then afterwards she gave me an attitude before giving me my burger. I did not appreciate the customer service at all.
