Burger King

We dined in and the cashier seemed annoyed that we were there. He handed me a cup that was smashed so I asked for another one and he say well I guess. The food was hot. But the worst part was it was freezing in there like they didn't have the heat on. The thermostat on the wall was not even on. We asked about it and they just turned there backs and said nothing. Its bad when you have to wear your coat zipped up when you eat because its cold.

Went through the drive thru with my grandparents, the cashier was really patient! And the food was hot + tasted great!

We used to go here alot it's always been relatively slow unfortunately but we ordered online and paid and had to wait at the speaker for almost 7 mins before anyone even took our info. And they always pull you ahead instead of letting you sit at the window and get your food. I know it's because their trying to not have long wait times but if that's how long it takes you yo deliver the order than that is what needs documented. But regardless I get my order we were missing whole order of 8 chicken fries, BBQ sauce and, marinara. But because we got pulled ahead the employee brought our food out I looked in bag and told him the food we were missing then looked in bottom of bag and realized we didn't have that sauce so then he had to walk all the way in . This would all be avoided if a bags we

They can't get an order right. I've been there a couple times this month and both times they have messed up my order. Safe to say I won't be going back.

When I walked in I was the only customer in the restaurant there was no line in the Drive-Thru either. The cashier was standing by the fryer texting looked up at me continued to text and as I was about to turn around and walk out then she finally came over. Why do companies let people play on their phones all day instead of serving customers??
