Burger King

Cashier was eager to help but clearly didn't understand my request. I asked for the $5 whop Jr/ch special only mkp. Got a full burger. I asked him 3x for verification of my order and he assured me each time that it was correct and it wasn't. Manager even stepped in and att to ring up order. They apparently need help

Alright so I've been here a couple of times and all I can tell you for certainty is that it's dicey to eat here. The food can be good. I've gotten the texas whooper from here plenty of times and it never fails to fill me up on a road trip. The service is straight to point at the window, which is good. However, they're only human. The One time they got my order wrong was during a pile up. I ordered from the app and they handed me someone else's order, which was valued more than my own. I didn't notice till I got home but that is sometime worth noting.

I would give zero stars if I could. Drive thru says opened till 11 pm and I sat in Drive thru for 10 mins and Noone t9ok order. Drove off. Disappointed

If a customer willing and eager to drive 15 minutes to spend money at your establishment calls you to ask a question first, you do not hang up on them mid sentence. Whoever trained the latest batch of team members here, you should probably just redo the whole process. It really is that easy to earn a 1 star review before someone even steps foot in your store. Quality customer service is important at every step of the process.

My order was so wrong and jacked up! The food was horrible and pathetic! $19 of food went straight into the trash!
