Burger King

Restaurant is dirty. The employees just sit in the dining area on their phones in between orders. Such a weird environment. Definitely needs some sort of management. Food was ok. Drink machine had barely any options. Won’t be returning.

Josh, the manager does a great job and I’ve been coming here every other day or so as my work is close by and I’m blown away by the difference between this Burger King and the other ones in Rochester. Today I was helped by Karen who lived up to the standard I’ve seen set. I will definitely be coming here more often now that I see repetitive high standards in cleanliness, atmosphere, staff, dependability, and an overall positive dining experience.

The service and food at Burger King today were excellent. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to take my order, making the experience smooth from start to finish. My food was prepared fresh and served hot, with everything made exactly as I ordered. The fries were crispy, the burger was flavorful and well put together, and the presentation showed attention to detail. Overall, both the quality of the food and the efficiency of the service made for a satisfying and enjoyable visit.

I wait and I wait and I wait. This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the Rochester area. I’ve never received my food in under 10 min from ordering in the drive through. DO NOT GO ON LUNCH BREAK THEY WILL STEAL YOUR TIME!

The people are just about lifeless. The food is absolutely NASTY !!!! They must leave meat out on the counters for hours at a time !!! It smelled RANCID and my wife and I were sick as heck and both of us had to take the next day off of work! The Department of health needs to get in there and check everything including bacterial levels on the food itself !!!!! We will never go there again !!!!!!!!
