Burger King

I order an impossible burger and it was over cooked. Burnt. I came back inside to asked them to remake it and I was told thats how they come out the broiler. So you telling me the standard at this BK is burned food?? The manager was very rude about it. She yelled at me and said even if she cooked it agin it would come out the same. I informed them I have had the samething here before and it was not black and crisp. Then the rude lady offered to cook it in the hopper. I've never worked at Burger King so idk what that meant. She was annoyed with that. After back and forth and rudeness she cooked it in the hopper and it was not burnt. 0 stars!!!!

Burger was burnt, looked microwaved and was somehow soggy all at the sametime. The fries where soggy and tasted bad. The food belonged in the trash not given to a customer. I sincerely hope other customer recieve better food and service then this. I would not recommend eating the biohazard food that burger king serves.

How y'all going to have people pay for old cold food . Seriously?. Came through got some food and it was nasty and I didn't have time to take it back . Time was 10:15 Sunday jan,4th 2026 . Won't be back .

Nobody in line & we had to park in a slot. They bring the food out with NO Napkins! BK should just close the doors! Terrible service! Micro fish patty & the patties was COLD!

This is a whopper that I just went through the drive thru and ordered at DeRidder, Louisiana, with mayo only with a little extra mayo I asked for. I can't even hold it up to eat it without it falling apart. I called and finally got an answer and ask for a refund or replacement for another day and they refused to, unless I brought it back right now. I told them that I was running late and couldn't come back tiday and sge said sorry, but you will have to bring it back. It has like a cup of mayo on it, lol
