Burger King

I popped in approx 11am(drive through) they did not answer. I drove around to the window. I ask the lady are they open. She said you see me standing here right... Now I'm not one to mix words... the entire service was horrible and uncalled for. It's a shame that one person could blemish my entire experience for this store. By the way the food was fresh and good. But I will never return again.

The store is spotless, very clean, and well-organized. Plus, the decor is beautiful and welcoming. The service Toricelle was excellent, with a very polite and attentive staff member who was always ready to help. It was a great experience—I highly recommend it!

Order wrong from the drive through... I had to go inside 😡 no apology or understanding of my time. Still waited at least 5 minutes for the correct burger. Then no care about the rest of my food now being cold! Terrible!

False advertising. No Spongebob toys, no kids meal, no Bikini Bottom Bundle available. Even though it’s all over the windows and menus. My kids wanted toys with their kid’s meal and they had NOTHING. They were looking forward to SpongeBob. Despicable.

With the money I spend here being about 30$+ dollars because of the economy, I would assume with an entree there would be at least two sauces. I went into the store with my siblings and of course I go here often. I bought four meals two being kids meals and asked nicely for two sauces for entrée so that we could all have enough, the blonde older lady behind the counter refused to give me sauces and insisted I pay for them. I asked her if any of my meals which had all entrées in them would get sauces and she again said no, and that I would have to pay for them. I politely said OK and left the store, but it is very unfortunate that with the amount of times I come and have become a loyal and frequent customer that she would sit here and refuse any sauces to me and especially in front of my li
