This Burger King is located inside a gas station. Everytime I have gone in it has been clean and the staff are always friendly. There is not many places to sit and there is generally a line but being one of the few places to eat in that area it's understandable.
Hours are very unpredictable. The app allows you to purchase an order and does not tell you the restaurant is closed. You go in to pick it up and the very rude man at Go Mart just tells you to take it up with corporate. They need better customer service.
Food was served quickly, service friendly. Can't rate atmosphere because we used the drive-through. This particular Burger King is very convenient for travel to & from Charleston by way of I-79. I've stopped by many times for meals, snacks & usually something to drink. People @ the window are always very pleasant! Thanks to all the staff of this Burger King!
Got classic melt. No sauce. No caramelized onions. burger cooked dry. slow service. Will NOT return! Order taker was not exactly Miss Personality, did not know what was on classic melt! Not recommended!
I love the food and I love the staff! They treat you like family out there and that really means something for a business in today's busy world! Thank you ladies and gentlemen of Craigsville Burger King for the yummy food and the family style treatment I love you all!
