This location has the nicest and fastest lady working the drive-thru! Food was hot and fresh also.

Something changed over the years, maybe it's getting older that changes taste buds, or, no longer do you get a fresh right off the grill burger. Nowadays they are precooked, then put into warming trays until you order. They then go into a microwave and served. It's just not the same. Service was good, establishment was clean as well. As a last thought; I wonder how grill marks get on both sides of their burgers 🍔 🤔

I tried to order the "family bundle" that was advertised on the drive thru menu. The employee taking the order said "wait a minute" then took about 5 minutes, and came back to the speaker and said "we don't know the button for that". What?! If you advertise something, it should be available. We ended up ordering each item separately, which cost more than the bundle would have. And when we arrived at the window to pay, the cashier said "we'll figure it out next time". How?! And why couldn't I get it today, but you will magically have it next time? Completely ridiculous.

I have breakfast at this BK almost every morning and they're always super friendly. The best part is that the lady who works there in the mornings remembers me, which makes it feel like my familiar, fast-food spot.

I ordered via Uber eats and received a totally different order. This is an example how how intelligent people are and the lack of care and critical thinking there is with service people.
