If I could give ZERO I would. Awful management, staff is slow and unable to fulfill the order placed accurately. Also, speak English if you're going to talk about your customers. You seemed a little surprised when I spoke to you in Spanish. Get it together...
I ordered mayo and thank God I didn't put it in my fríes since it was all liquid and rancid.I didn't eat since it was not a good smell.
Today on 12/31/25 I had lunch and I must say the staff was very accommodating towards myself and my family the facility is so clean I have never been to any Burger king in Brooklyn or Queens that was so friendly and clean. So corporate you must give this location #185 in Long Island 121 west Suffolk Avenue their props and an Award for being the best at what do.
Their food is always fresh and hot. I could go there to eat every day that's how good and fresh the food is. The service is very good and friendly.
Horrible management, inaccurate order. It's food preparation. Why is it sooo hard to get the order correct?
