Food was fine but I consider the AI ordering system anti-human. I am already pretty low on human interaction for the day if I’m resorting to drive through, now you want to reduce that to zero? No thanks, I’ll go to McDonald’s where I can at least talk to an actual person instead of a vending machine.

Please skip their icee/freeze/smoothie machine. They clearly do NOT maintain it. Your drink will taste like old stagnant mildewy water. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a food safety inspection. I had the runs after drinking it.

Well now veggie grill is getting my bussiness instead. So as I understand there is a shortage on change in many places, but to short someone's change without getting the okay to do so it stealing money. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PENY GIVE ME 5 CENTS BACK IR CHANGE MENU TO MAKE SURE ALL CHANGE IS EVEN. BUT TO STEAL A PENNY FROM EVERY CUTOMER HOW MUCH ARE YOU GETTING IN TYE BACK END! Then when I asked for proper change the lady refused to give me my changes I asked for a refund and it will be the last time I come here. This is the lady that refused to give me the proper change. Smh I know customer ain't always right but to steal money then get mad for saying something about it smh.

Ordered the new chicken fries, but they were rubbery and disappointing. Onion rings were smaller than i remembered and were not very fresh. I ordered BK, but it didn't work out my way. I don't eat "fast food" too often; maybe it's just my palate.

First time st a Burger King in 3-4 years, a chrinchy chicken wrap is a slice of s chicken patty, a slice of very over-ripe tomato and lettuce. No crunch..no flavor..no good. My upgrade to onion rings was a mistake. More like heated up onion-product ciecles. My beverage...a diet rootbear....we dont have that. I should have thrown my money out the window. At least I wouldn't have that onion stuff taste in my mouth. Years ago I nearly lived on Whoppers. I am sorr of sad to see them putting put such poor quality food. Service was okay.
