Burger King

I've eaten here a bunch and have had average experiences. BUT today has made me write a review for a good reason. I ordered a Whopper, and it was the most well put together BK burger I've had in a LOOOONG time. First off it was in a box (new concept), but then the burger was tight wrapped half way in a wrapper, all the toppings were inside the bun, it looked perfect! I know it probably sounds cheezy, but it really was about the best one I've had in a really long time and the presentation was perfect. Not thrown together, not smashed, no weak limp onions on the burger. So whoever was working today around 2:30, y'all rocked 👍. Should've taken a picture but I was driving and starving.

Cini Mini's are cini burnt!! Please check your order before leaving the establishment. Don't try calling because the # on the receipt doesn't work. This is the 2nd time my family has had this issue in 2 weeks from the same location. It's either over cooked and left out or under cooked to the point it's almost raw.

I walked in to pick up a mobile order and wasn’t acknowledged at all, even though someone was standing at the online pickup area. It was busy, but basic communication shouldn’t disappear. I had to get in line just to get help. This has happened multiple times at this location. They need a better system for acknowledging customers instead of just ignoring people who walk in.

Just about any time we order something from here for delivery it either just gets canceled, the order is cold because it took forever to be handed over or the order is incomplete. My kids love BK but at this point I am just done with it. People there need to pay better attention to the orders.

I waited 30 minutes in line to receive three sandwiches. One was old(not edible) and two of them were the wrong sandwiches with other ingredients on it. Two people only were working in there. Seems they didn’t want to be there anyway. Ridiculous and I will never go to another Burger King. Burger King use to be different when I was growing up. Very distasteful. Look at you and tell you to have a good one after you just waited 30 minutes maybe more for food you payed for. Customer service terrible. Food even worse. A wave of disappointment and Burger King over all sucks. Better options are available. Thank you
