Burger King

I went through the drive thru for lunch and I was genuinely impressed at the customer service. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and seemed to take pride in their work. It was very nice to see. My food was hot and delicious. Thank you for the exceptional service and great lunch experience....you are appreciated.

I experienced good customer service upon entering, staff was cordial and helpful. Nice to have the attentiveness, and effort. Young gentleman brought my drink before meal and greeted me as soon as I came thru the door.

There is no one in line no one at the drive-through. I was the only vehicle there at 12:30 in the afternoon. I ordered a burger, fries and drink and was asked to pull forward again with nobody behind me and nobody in line inside and I have been waiting25 minutes for the burger With no burger yetNot to mention it was $16 for a medium burger meal deal now there are three other cars parked next to me. No one is in line. No one is inside and all of us are sitting still waiting.! I would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment. I lived in town here for 18 years. This is the first time I’ve been here to Burger King and the last.

The young man there is polite and does a great job. The 2 upper management ladies give off weird vibes. Hire with liveable wages then you might get good workers and BK might have a chance in our little town. Always delayed with getting food and make you sit in the parking lot for 10 plus minutes. Let's not forget the video posted on FB with all the ants in the soda machine at this location.... I'll skip a meal before I give this place a 3rd chance.

Was blamed and yelled at by an employee or possibly the manager with a lip ring for sitting at the window more than 2 minutes. However, they took 15 minutes to give us our food and never told us to pull up and wait. Apparently we failed to read her mind and wanted to “get her fired” (in her words). Horrible service and a 0/10. Do not recommend! A young boy who was serving us was very polite and smiley, sorry for not getting the name..but thanks to him, but horrible service from the manager.
