Burger King

I ordered my family dinner through the Burger King app. When the food arrived, the bag seemed rather small for all the items ordered. I contacted the store directly and the male that answered the phone initially couldn't find my order. Said he was a new manager. After noticing we were missing a chicken sandwich, (2) onion rings and a chicken nugget his solution was I could drive up there to pick up missing items. I advised him that I paid a service fee, a delivery fee and a driver tip and would like it brought to us aa reasonably possible. He said that coming up there for anything I was shorted was all that can do for me. Manager did say he was a new, but offered a solution at an additional inconvenience. I like going there because the people that work there actually act like they like there job. Everywhere else people are rude and act like they hate life. But the toy for kids to play on is nasty. I feel like my grandbaby is going to end up sick. It needs to be redone or professional cleaned.

Placed order online to be picked up in drive thru, gave my name when I arrived. When I reached the window the girl asked about someone else's order and I explained I had a mobile order, she brought the food and asked the drinks. She returned with the drinks for the kids meals and closed the window. I tried getting their attention inside regarding my drink, I showed my receipt still attached to my bag and finally got it. After arriving home I found that my burger was completely incorrect, in 2 places it showed no ketchup that was slathered all over the burger and the tomato was completely left off my burger. I live more than 20 minutes away so attempted to call without any results other than a fax machine in my ear. I won't be going back.

Food is good! I’m sitting in lobby right now. The supervisor lady with a pony tail and no teeth has been yelling at employees relentlessly for the last 5 minutes straight. She is a monster and these poor kids working deserve to be treated better. Pretty terrible and unprofessional impression for customers. I won’t return to endure this uncomfortable experience again.

The food tasted ok. Hash browns weren’t fresh, the cinnamon churro fries were fresh but I noticed after that none of the staff were wearing gloves. The counter person was very rude and didn’t even provide my receipt after walking away from me when it was my turn to order. He wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Not a desirable location to sit and eat in.
