Burger King

I'll say I love burger king food. My issue is service for most part. These places have no training for these employees on how to make them feel like they want to come back. Too many times you wait at a counter with the employee sitting there doing something and they don't acknowledge your presence. Tonight I waited at the pay window for 5 min before the cashier even acknowledged i was there.

Terrible, I was one of 3 cars in drive through. Took over 20 minutes. Asked if I could add a juice box to my order at the window and was told I couldn’t add to my order or do a separate transaction. Asked for BBQ sauce with my nuggets but didn’t have any in my bag. When I asked about it the woman at the window said she told me they were out of BBQ sauce which wasn’t true. Got home and the food was terrible. Fries were undercooked, nuggets tasted like they were fries in old grease and I got Diet Coke instead of coke like I asked. One star is honestly a stretch for how my experience went.

Stopped in here with y family after driving for 3 1/2 hours. We needed a bathroom break and some food. This place was not welcoming at all! Ordered a kids meal and asked for milk, was told they were out of milk, asked for apple juice, was told they were out. I asked for ketchup and was told they were out. How is this possible? Is it poor management? Has corporate neglected this location? The woman behind the counter didn’t even seem helpful or even sorry they didn’t have simple items such as ketchup. Save yourself the time and don’t stop here.

Really nice Burger King. The assistant manager waited on us and was very nice. The food was hot, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of this BK. It has a jungle gym for young kids. 5 🌟 $$

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. They made back up behind the pole from the window. Later I find out that there's a timer there which there providing false drive thru times to burgerking cooperate.
