Burger King

The drive-thru staff member could improve their professionalism. When customers struggle to hear or understand, they become noticeably frustrated and may abruptly say, "Get out of my drive-thru if you're not ready to order." This approach feels unwelcoming and detracts from a positive customer service experience.

The workers here are insanely rude. And it took forever to get the food. I accidentally placed a drive through order because I was tired and had been driving 7 hours and the guy had to announce it to everyone that I did so... I mean who cares? I'm here to get the food, just give it to me. Who cares if it's at the drive through or at the front? Also, a guy came in and asked about his sandwich and the same dude made a snarky comment about the guys question. Look I know your life sucks, you work at Burger King, but treat people like humans, not like garbage. Sheesh....

We used the app and provided the code, cashier failed to ask us what kind of drink and just gave us 2 cokes. She didn't give us time to request condiments or extra napkins. Failed to provide me with my receipt, but they sure did ask me to pull forward and wait for my 2 regular whoppers. We should have tried Beaver Taco across the street!!!

I had to wait a verrry looonng time for just Jalapeño bites. It didn't seem like they were just overly busy. Other then that they tasted good.

Been to a lot of Burger King’s in my time, but I’ve never tasted Burger King this good. It looked like the pictures. It tasted like the pictures looked other than the server didn’t seem like he was happy about his job. He wasn’t rude, but the food is good.!
