Burger King

I got some beef with burger king. I’ve gone there a handful of times and it’s been fine. But today was horrible. My manager asks me to grab some food for us from bk and I head thru the drive thru. Mind you, it says they’ve been open for two hours. Cars parked outside and everything. No one answers the speakerbox. So I go through the lobby. Open the door, and lights are off. NO ONE is there. 5 mins later an employee walks in and says they aren’t open for another hour and a half. I get it, the roads are icy at the moment. But there wasn’t a sign or anything telling me they opened late. She explained how the parked cars were stuck in the ice. I get that. She then tells me closing shift forgot to lock the doors?? …anyway she proceeds to tell me she is willing to start my order right away and i

It has honestly been a minute since I've been to any Burger King, but my daughter wanted to go. Good service, and since we were the only ones there, it was quick. Got 2 whopper juniors and 2 small fries. The fries were actually pretty good and plentiful for"small" fries, but then I opened my whopper Junior and my mouth dropped open. I couldn't believe how small it was. My wife asked me if I had photoshopped the pictures and I had to assure her I did not. I have honestly had bigger burgers at white castles. Burger King should have been embarrassed to call these whopper juniors. Thank you for the decent service but the food was definitely a miss. I wouldn't be surprised if Burger King goes out of business soon if this is the food they are serving... Please note, this is my hand in the

Ordered online 20 minutes prior to arrival and still stood in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting on my order. Seems the girl up by the counter just wanted to guard the tickets instead of getting to the back to help

I went in on 12/10 around 1:50 pm and waited at the front counter to order and was looked at by two workers who just ignored me. I waited a bit longer because I’m not usually an impatient person and no one came up. So I left.

Hell-a-long wait with only 1 person in front of me at the register. Had a long morning in from DC, no breakfast just coffee had to stop for food on the road around noon. Ordered a shake and org. Chicken sandwich NO mayo. Even right there on the ticket. After my DL expired my order finally came up. Grab and go. Miles out, I break into the sandwich...are you kidding me, mayo? It's not rocket science. 1 sandwich at $5.50. You owe me a chicken sandwich BK
