I am a fan of Burger King but this location does not have good customer service. I've tried to go through their drive up twice in the last couple weeks with the wait time so long we left both times. This location needs more training for their staff. I'm sure they are losing money because they are losing customers. I would suggest going to another drive thru unless you don't mind the long wait.
Had the best experience, Evin did amazing and was very kind and patient!! The best customer service I've had in awhile. The food was also hot and good!
Wow, hire new employees. Rude and cant even get hot food out. Cold fries with attitude. Do better.
The crew working tonight at this location are amazing ! Thank y’all ! By far the best service I’ve had in a long time at any restaurant from Roswell all the way to Pecos!
Really good fries, tasty burgers, and good jalapeno bites. They took a little bit longer but the food was 10/10 after a long day of hiking.
