Burger King

Ordered at drive thru. Really simple order, apple pie and some mozzarella fries that the energetic cashier talked me into. No one in front of me so I pulled up to pay and I did. The cashier then ask me to pull over to another spot. I did and then nothing. 10 min later I went inside and they talked to me like I was stupid. Im still waiting........got my food 15 min later and it's not good. Loss for BK

Absolutely disappointed!! I used the mobile app to order the Steakhouse Whopper meal and it was nothing like the picture. No onion rings, half a piece of bacon and the meat was dry. The fries were fresh though😁 For the price I paid for this meal I could have and should have went to one of the food trucks. Never again!! Before they bag the food they should ask themselves if they'd eat it🫤

I stopped by this Burger King on my way home and asked for some ketchup, even though I hadn’t bought anything that day. The employee asked if I had bought anything, and when I said no, she told me, ‘Well, this is the last time — it’s like coming to your house asking for electricity.’ The food is usually good here, and I’m a regular customer, going almost every day because I live just three minutes away, but the customer service is what will make you never go back. After today, I’d drive the extra 15 minutes if I decide I want Burger King. The employee in the drive-thru was extremely rude, and all I asked for were condiments — which are free.

Got off work around 11 pm and went through through drive thru and ordered a bacon king burger and a doctor pepper and was pulled so they could cut the meat, at least that's what the employee at the window said. Then they have pull into a parking spot right across from the window almost. Then I patiently waited for 25 minutes. Until I decided to pull back to the window, where the manager of the store came up and said they already gave the order out, then she asked me to pull back forward, never told if I was gonna get my burger, never got a receipt, finally after waiting another 5 minutes, the original employee came out and gave me my meal which was supposedly just placed on the warmer and was forgot about, the food was cold, sloppy, and 35 minutes late. I was the only car pulled aswell.

You will find this is the cleanest Burger King you have ever been in and the service is excellent. These are not comments usually made about a fast food restaurant but if you want a great experience, this is the BK for you.
