Burger King

I am not sure what lady was working this morning but she clearly was having a bad day and wanted to make sure others had a similar experience. I have travelled to Canada and back over the last year with the same coupon page because no one ever takes the coupons, it is a great go to in the morning but now I have no incentive to make the trip to Burger King in the morning anymore without it because the mail is not consistent with delivering them monthly. I wish this ended at she was the first one to do her job properly and take the coupon, but the order was wrong so the two people I bought the food for did not even eat it. Never again. Love the food, especially vegetarian options but otherwise they're despicable. Corporate is a circle jerk (800 number disconnectd immediately), local blames Door Dash even if you ordered using the BK app. Doordash customer service tried on my behalf but the store manager was awful to them. They jerked the dashers around too. The manager at this location does not belong in customer service ("we're busy, I don't have time to talk to you"). I spent two hours trying to cancel an order they couldn't fulfill. Three door dash drivers were assigned and all of them took hits on their stats because BK was out of stock. Worst customer service model I have ever experienced.

I stopped here about 6 pm on a weekday. I had an offer through the BK app that allowed me to get a free fiery buffalo crispy wrap with a purchase over $3. I ordered the spicy royal crispy chicken sandwich. The food was OK. The order was ready when I arrived just a couple of minutes after placing the order. The buffalo sauce on the wrap was the highlight of the meal. Together, the items were a decent value for about $6, but they would not be worth it at the regular menu price of $9. I recommend Burger King, but only if you are in a hurry and have an excellent offer through the app.

I went through the drive through, so can't speak to the atmosphere, but this location is always really fast and the employees are very nice. I can also get breakfast for all my coworkers for less than $30! Those croissandwiches are the jam!

If I could rate them a negative, it would be negative 5. Worst experience here. To make matters worse, it was by a manager nonetheless. I had to use this location since the app didn't connect to the one closer to my home. I went through the drive-thru, and the speaker didn't work okay, fine, no problem. I pulled up and got my order. Checked it before I left the parking. I was missing 4 of my burgers. So I went inside to let them know. One manager came to help me and then went to the back, and that was when the rude manager approached me. He had attitude like he was not happy being there doing his job. If customer service is not your thing, don't be in customer service then. Being rude and mean is not acceptable in your line of work. I have been a manager at a fast food company where the ev
