I don't know which crew was working yesterday, but you guys absolutely pulled through for me when I ordered lunch at your drive thru. The burger was juicy, the cheesy was melty, the bun was perfectly soft, and the fries were hot fresh and crispy. Well done!

Just left told me they can’t make the pineapple float, then charged me 30 cents for a ranch sauce that they didn’t put in The bag. Been on the phone for 30 minutes and it just rings. Good to know you don’t answer the phone for your customers.

Had an awful experience here. Was at the drive thru speaker when I was told I’ll be right with you. After almost ten minutes and cars behind me leaving the line I decided to go inside. Recognized the managers voice to be the one taking drive thru orders and asked if he forgot me explaining what had happened. He didn’t apologize or anything just blinked repeatedly and asked for my order. He then disappeared and another employee gave me my food. I asked for sauce for my nuggets and she threw it in the bag and pushed the bag on the counter towards me. No thank you. No have a nice day. Not sure what customer service means to them but wow they are severely lacking. Contacted customer service who required additional information before ghosting me. I’ll travel up the road five minutes to Swansea

I ordered an original chicken sandwich and the lettuce was a visually appaling, brown and yellow color. It looked like it had been expired for weeks. I also did not enjoy the service from an older gentleman named David who reeked of alcohol. He said to "suck it up" after I mentioned how horrendous the sandwich was visually and tastefully. I will NEVER be returning to this location.

They didn’t put my jalapeño poppers in the bag😑 can’t really review the food if you don’t even get it after paying for it
