Burger King

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this Burger King. The employee who helped me, a young woman, was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected while I was simply picking up my online order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and management needs to address it immediately. I just want to start off by saying worst experience ever at this Burger King , I decided to get the new SpongeBob meal. And the lady in the picture had the worst attitude ever slamming the drive thru window hard. Just rude had me and my husband waiting clueless and not telling us it will take time like any other restaurant/fast food would say. She was overly unprofessional. She should be fired. My husband asked for some buffalo sauce she almost threw it at him. She NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Like honey ,if you don’t like your job QUIT.

They have a B rating of 81. Came by for a quick bite and the attitude you can hear over the mic was astounding, then to see it’s an overly grown man behaving that way. No crowds, thought the place was shut down. I ordered the kids meal and received no cookie nor was it mentioned that they are out or didn’t place one in the bag. Simple courtesy shouldn’t be a stretch to people that work in an industry of serving people. A simple my pleasure, you’re welcome, have a nice day is easy to respond back. My sons fries were also very hard and his 4pc ch. nuggets hard . As if they placed them back in the fryer or let it sit under the light for too long smh. Will not recommend if you’re not a regular around the area.

The food was disgusting. I'm mad that I spent $40 for me and my two boys to eat because we did not enjoy it. I noticed the built-up grime at the registers only when I went back to have my cup refilled with ice. The ladies' restroom was hot and could use a wet rag as well. It's obvious that the employees here are not the cleanest.

To the Manager and the Staff. Whoever Prepared My Order They Fixed It Just The Way Food Should Be Fixed For Your Customer. I Have Gone To Other Burger King's. The Burger King On North Druids Hills Is The BEST!!! I Recommend Everybody To Buy From This Restaurant. 💯
