Burger Jim

Delicious food! I walked in, and I felt at home, even though I was simply ordering a burger and fries. In the picture, I ordered the knight burger and fries. The staff was all friendly and talkative. The manager, Cole, is a chill guy, and he knows his stuff. The prices are fair, considering the food doesn't taste like something you would buy from a fast food place. I will definitely be coming back!

I just wanted to share this because I know not every order is perfect but this is something that made me and my mom sick. My mother and I ordered food from them today 8/7/25 around 8:30pm and they close at 9:00pm. I’m not sure if it was because we ordered late and they wanted to close soon and rushed the order? Which don’t get me wrong I understand wanting to close and be done. I don’t want to assume though. I usually like a little pink in my meat but this was completely raw with a charred front and back. The few bites I had, the meat tasted sour… My mom ordered rice with a beef patty and egg dish and her patty was the same. She ended up throwing up right after. I love this place and always go back to them. This is the first negative experience I’ve had with them. But thought I would share

This place is exceptional. I got the Philly burger, the knight burger, deep fried mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks. Everything about this dinner for my husband and I was absolutely perfect. Their buns hold up well, taste homemade, they’re light and fluffy, and surprisingly because I had it delivered not one soggy spot in the bun. Everything was seasoned/ cooked absolutely perfectly. 1000% recommend and I will be back.

What has happened to you? I used to get awesome Chinese from here but my meal today was horrible! Sweet and sour chicken was so dry I couldn't get a fork in it. It wasn't hot, the pineapple was fridge cold, and it had almost no sauce. Tasteless, extremely dry and cold. Only thing positive was portions were large...but it was too dry to enjoy. Please change back!

We’ve eaten here 15+ times in the last two years. It’s a reasonably priced meal for our family(in AK prices 😂). Yes quantity on some items has changed but everyone is adjusting to price fluctuations. The quality hasn’t changed, and the (usually) college aged kids who work here are always helpful and pleasant.
