Burger Inn

My husband and I were passing through from visiting family. We could not have picked a better place to have lunch. I could not leave Louisiana my home state without eating a good home made Shrimp PoBoy. The food was delicious and fresh 😋. Very relaxing atmosphere after Church.

My husband and i absolutely loved the food her. He said the fried oysters he had were cooked to perfection. I ordered the hot n spicy with chili cheese fries and I loved both so much! Can’t wait to go back the next time we are in oakdale.

We stopped by here on our way to Foresthill. My hubby and I both got the cheeseburger. I got fries; he got onion rings. The reason I took off a star is because the hamburger patty was the typical prefrozen patty. If you tout yourself as a burger joint, at least serve the fresh ground meat patties. Other than that, no complaints. The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were clean which, as a woman, I very much appreciate. The onion rings were your typical Sysco pre-frozen rings but still good. The staff were friendly and the food was quickly prepared. The prices were also very reasonable. If in the area ever again, I’d be fine stopping by for a quick lunch.

Good to have a non-chain option in Oakdale. Very reasonable prices. Everything I’ve had here is good, with the fried chicken being the standout. Way better than Popeyes

Inedible. The catfish was tiny strips with lots of the fatty dark meat on it. I tried cutting out the dark meat and the little bits left were also gross. Coleslaw was not good. My husband got a bbq po-boy. It was 3 strips of roast beef smothered in bbq sauce. We threw more food in the trash than we ate. Hush puppies were decent.
