Burger Bros

It’s National Cheeseburger Day and Burger Bros was mentioned in an article so we stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant is large, the staff friendly 🙂 and the menu is large with lots to try! We had the classic and the Mexican cheeseburgers, both really good. Generous portions on the toppings and the fries.

This was my first time eating with Burger Bros, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I did not expect how good it was until I tried it myself, after all, its in a strip mall. From a distance I watched 4 construction workers leave their work site, walk across the street, through the parking lot and into Burger Bros. If they were going to that effort then it must be good. The place was busy but not crowded or loud, they had 3 registers open and the workers were all to happy to take our order. Since it was the first time I needed to check out the menu first and decide. I had the Napa Burger with a mountain of blue cheese crumbles and bacon, and they were not shy with the bacon. Really great burger spot. When my crew works in the area we usually stop by. I got a regular cheeseburger with no bun. The tables were nicely set up. It was all very clean. The employees were friendly. The have fountain sodas and plenty of options. Don’t get the cheesesteak it’s not worth it, get a burger

Service was fine, but overall, the food didn’t meet expectations. Ordered the Burger of the Month, which was supposed to be a dry-aged burger with thick-cut slab bacon. Unfortunately, the burger was overcooked and came with their regular bacon instead. Also ordered the Smashburger, but it was just a thinner patty - It was missing the signature crispy edges and caramelized texture that make a true smashburger. Dubai shake was pretty good and the buns were actually really yummy.

Food: 1/5. Onion rings had more oil than Suadi Arabia. Fries were cold. It costed $8 more to add the vegan patty, which wasn’t even that good to be honest. Jalepenos are not spicy, rather they are sour :( Service: Everyone was pretty friendly Atmosphere: Everything was clean and the environment was decent.
