Burger Bob's

Okay experience, but wouldn't go out of my way to go back. Service was pretty poor. I'm not sure if it was one girl on staff at the time, but everything took much longer than necessary. Nice atmosphere, food was alright - but nothing to rave about. You're better off grabbing a seat at the bar for any type of service.

Food was great and bar was clean. Bartender did not check in, ignored attempts to flag her down, chatted with patrons next to us (that she seemed to know) whilst ignoring us, and was not friendly when we asked for the check. Overall, love this spot but have never received worse service.

This place is amazing, yet I have gone a few times recently and I believe they meed more servers, since its part restaurant part bar. I don't think having full tables waiting is good for the business... Other than that, the food and service from each server is amazing.

This is kind of a touristy place downtown Bozeman. My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times. The hamburgers are not the best I've had, but they're not the worst either. The fries are pretty typical frozen fries. Like the burgers, they're not the best nor worst. The beer selection is somewhat limited, but our waitress told me that the other side had a better selection. I asked if she get me a not-IPA dark beer from the other side, and she did :) Like everything in Bozeman, it seems, the food is overpriced. Two burgers, two fries, two beers, and a tip -- $53.

⭐️ 1 Star (would be zero if possible) I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Burger Bob’s / The Spur. We walked in, sat at a table, and were not acknowledged a single time. Another group came in after us, sat down, and was helped immediately. Meanwhile, our server walked right past us—twice—and even stopped to check on the table next to us without so much as a “Hi” or “I’ll be right with you.” We waited ten minutes with zero acknowledgment. Not even a basic greeting. At that point, we got up and left. We went to Back Country Burger Bar instead, where we received outstanding service and delicious burgers—night and day compared to what we just experienced. I was born and raised in Montana, have lived in Bozeman for 26 years, and have been to Burger Bob’s many times over
