Buns N Rice

Tried the Bi Bim Bap with spicy pork. Added the kimchi. I liked the fresh vegetables and that the sauce came on the side. Was easy to order and food was prepared quickly. Plenty of parking outside for pick up. Will try other dishes, so far so good.

I always feel good after visiting this place. Yes the food is delicious. Yes it's also healthy. And yes it's made fresh right there. But also... The whole atmosphere of this restaurant is warm and friendly. The owner (I think it's the owner?) is so welcoming and has this quiet kindness to him. Such a great find.

This is not a five star restaurant by any measure, but the experience was awesome. I’ve driven by it maybe 1000 times so it could be my anticipation getting the best of me here but I was very pleased with everything here. It’s a very low-key nondescript almost austere overall vibe and it’s all cooked as you order, but pretty quick. I’ll come again!

Delicious!!! A great stop in Kensington and excellent bulgogi rice bowl

My fiancé and I took a day trip to the area. We drove from Virginia Beach to shop at the antique district nearby. We googled places to eat near us and went with this lowkey restaurant. We were immediately greeted when we entered and chose to order in person instead of the tablet. The two ladies were very helpful and gave us good ideas on what was their most popular item. We chose the bi-bim-bap and the pork bao buns. Everything was excellent and the portions were great!
