This company is a scam DO NOT order from them! They took my money and refused to make things right after sending the wrong product. They still charged for shipping and never issued a refund. Very disappointing experience — this company does not stand behind its products. You’re better off ordering from a reputable retailer like Amazon, where customer service is reliable

Incredible selection of books, guides, info and anything you can think of for the entire building industry. Architecture, Contractors, electricians, landscapers, inspectors, literally everyone who is in it wants to more about construction can find useful resources here. I was surprised by the quantity of stocked items for learners and experienced veterans of any trade alike. The staff was friendly and quite knowledgeable and helpful to me while I was looking for recommendations and suggestions for books. I am new contractor with a growing business and I was looking to expand my horizons and get an edge over my peers. I purchased lots of material from various Internet suppliers, and your company is excellent. Last week I tried purchasing from another Internet supplier for materials you carried. They seem better because their prices were pretty low so I placed an order for about $1200. Then I contacted them to give them my tax exempt resale certificate, but they wouldn’t take it and wanted to charge me sales tax. When I questioned them, they canceled my order, but didn’t tell me? I figured it out a week later and asked if I could re-order the material and pay for the sales tax as well. They told me to take my business elsewhere and I am so glad they did. They also didn’t have the telephone number, nor would they call me back, but only would email me. I called your company, the girl answered immediately,

These guys sold me a book online that was last updated 21 years ago and would not issue a refund within 10 days of receiving it. Now im stuck with a $100 paperweight. Stay away.
