Buffalo Wild Wings

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings in Warsaw around 10 PM, pretty close to closing, and still had a good experience. The staff was friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed, which I really appreciated that late at night. The wings came out hot and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. It was a relaxed way to end the night. Service slowed down a bit as they were wrapping things up for closing, but that’s understandable. Overall, it was a solid visit with good food and a welcoming atmosphere, especially considering the timing. I’d definitely come back again.

I went here for lunch today with my little brother from Big Brothers Big Sisters to watch the Colts game. We ordered 30 traditional bone-in wings. We received 24 boneless wings when the order came out. The waitress apologized and brought us our six additional boneless wings. I told her we would just keep the boneless wings. I didn’t really want to waste the food. I did not ask for a discount nor was one offered. The bill was a little over $40. At the end of the meal, she brought the check, and then disappeared. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, we ended up having to take the check up to the counter to check out. I originally had a carry out order and a change of plans made us want to make it a dine in. We offered to tip and Emily had told us it is no where near possible for us to even sit anywhere in the establishment. As if the bar isn’t seat yourself and half of the entire restaurant was open Brandon was very kind and courteous through the entire exchange and really saved this review for the company

I was so disappointed coming here. We were looking forward to it but that drastically changed. The waitress was not super welcoming, 3 other tables came in way after us and they got served their food first. When she finally brings ours out she said it took so long because they forgot to make our appetizer. So she had our actual food sitting for probably 20 minutes plus waiting on an appetizer so by the time our food got to us nothing was even hot and our fries tasted stale. Why wouldn't you still bring the actual food out instead of letting it sit? The honey garlic wings tasted old or something was off about them. Drinks also tasted stale they might need to check their machines or buy NEW sodas because they tasted flat or expired. Overall disappointing experience!

absolutely terrible service. went there with a group of 7. she asked how many we told them. she then just walks away starts doing anything else but seating us. waited in the lobby for 10 minutes when there were only 2 tables in the dining room. our server ariana the same person who ignored us and wouldnt seat us. came to the table with the worst attitude. i dont know if its because we were a younger crowd. our drinks took forever and didnt ever come back for refills. our food took over an hour to come out. food came out cold and my meal was wrong. she didnt offer to fix it or even discount the bill. she had a nasty attitude whenever anyone from our table would ask for something as simple as silverware. -100/10 service.
