Buffalo Wild Wings

I love me some good wings, every time I go to buffalo in Beaverton, Or. their wings are always super good , crunchy , hot, fresh out of cooking, this time I didn’t have the best experience. My wings were cold the served did make me a really good Long Island though. I still love buffalo, this will not change the fact that I will always go for some food drinks and gatherings with friends .

Service was very poor.. took 10 mins to get seated. 50 mins to get 2 chicken sandwiches, a 3 piece tender and 30 boneless wings. Fries and 1 sandwich came out cold, and dry. Had to keep stopping wait staff as the walked by to get water and drinks.

Food was great, our bill was around 50$, I had a hundred dollar bill, the waitress said she couldn't take that large a bill, as I was deciding how I should accommodate this business, she returned and asked me if I had any other way to pay, I didnt, so she took the bill in a huff, and went to the manager, they brought me my change in paper but kept around 90 cents in change with no explanation, just a dirty look when I started to approach her. So we decided that the change we didn't receive had now become her tip. Such a shame, great place, just needs some people skills

Don’t eat at Tualatin, Buff. Wild Wings…When 5 boneless wings easily sit on top of the dip lid, you know you’ve been ripped off! This is unacceptable. I had not gone to this location in over a year because of the poor quality in food and service, I previously received on the last 2 prior orders. The boneless wings are pathetic in size, and hard as a rock, plus a couple didn’t even have chicken, they were just breading! Literally a third of the size of a McDonalds chicken mcnugget. I also asked for wet, extra saucy and they weren’t. I don’t understand who, or why the preparers and managers think this okay, especially at a $1.66 a piece. I am shocked that this company is still in business.

You’ve got a be joking me. How does it take 35 minutes at 8pm on a Sunday, the store is slow, to make 15 wings? Do your employees actually work or are they just hanging out in the back? Hostess was standing there chatting with her friends for a good 5 minutes before she even acknowledged I was there. WingStop it is from now on. Such a disappointing experience.
