Buffalo Wild Wings

Put an online order, and it said it would be ready by 12:20. I get there around 12:15 and tell them I’m there. My food isn’t ready yet which is understandable. I waited until 12:45 watching other to go orders come and go, and when I get home to finally eat, the food is cold, the Parmesan garlic wings are barely sauced, and my bottle of Parmesan garlic tastes rancid.

Haven’t been there in 6 months or so. Went last night for college football playoff game. Waitress was great…and atmosphere is average…food was disgusting. We placed our order 9 mins before halftime and received it midway through the 3rd quarter. The food was somewhat warm and was like chewing a tire..it must’ve been microwaved…We informed the waitress and told her we realize it isn’t her fault (we all tipped 20%), but management should be held responsible…waitresses are losing money because of the kitchen…

Was on the not so good side of B-dubs locations. We were seated right away which was awesome. When we arrived there was tables empty here and there so they were not slammed. Ordered fried pickles and there was like 8 pickle slices in the tray. Ordered food and it took FOREVER to get it. Our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there, and after the 5th or 6th time of being asked if we were still good I finally asked about our food being ready, which I was answered back with "it should be close" (mind you this is about 45 minutes after I ordered.) and she didn't care to go check or anything. We received the food roughly about 50-55 minutes after our order. The food was decent, and at least it was made correctly. Wasn't a big fan of this location though. I have been to much better B-dub

Tried the Philly cheesesteak, it was pretty good! I'll probably go no chives next time but good! Service was great and food was prompt.

Just picked up an order for take out, fry’s were hours old, wings were 0 out 10, this batch was over cooked (like hard candy)and 6 hours old, if I knew that was the quality received. I would’ve gone to H‑E‑B and pick frozen wings and put them in the microwave which would’ve been better.
