Buffalo Wild Wings

No wonder this place has a low rating. I gave it chance and I see why. Service sucks, literally no employees in the front when I went to pick up an order tonight. When she came to the front, I asked for my pick up and she just pointed and went back to the back laughing. I'm not from around here but treating outsiders is very disrespectful. If you don't like your job work somewhere else. Came back to my hotel room and opened the bag, the chicken looked like it was reheated or recooked and just tossed in some sauce. It was hard to bite and it was really dry and there was more bone than meat. You guys gotta do better...definitely not coming back here. I had to throw out my kids food and get them McDonald's because it was not edible.

I completely agree with other reviewers about the service here. So Buffalo Wild Wings is a huge sponsor of the NFL, and they are a sports bar with a TON of large TV screens. Would this location not be aware that with our local team playing in a fairly important game, they may need to make sure they are completely staffed and prepared? Perhaps they are having a larger staffing issue in general, not sure. We got there about 20 minutes before the game began, a huge line waiting to be seated and not a host in sight. Instead, several scurried around inefficiency creating a table for a larger group, not making any eye contact with anyone waiting so no explanation, or even a "thank you for your patience" could be offered. A good spot to watch a sports game. There was plenty of large televisions to look at. The wings were good and seasoned very well. We got our food quickly and it tasted great. Would recommend to someone wanting to have good food and a view of the game.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to eat and watch some sports with my lady. The food and service was excellent. I got the Bone-In Wings (Buffalo Blue Sauce) & Boneless Wings (BBQ Ranch Sauce) Combo w/Wedge Potatoes, Coleslaw and Stella Artois & Spiked Cherry Limade. My girl got Boneless Wings (BBQ Ranch Sauce & Teriyaki Sauce) w/Wedge Potatoes and Blue Watermelon Cooler & Lariat Lodge. Taylor our server was great. She was on top of her game. 🦬

The most horrible service I have ever experienced. When first walked in the first thing I noticed was there was no one in the front. After we got seated, we asked for our order, we noticed that an hour had passed and our food wasn’t served yet, so I tried to speak to one of the servers but he just ignored us and pass next to my table and said nothing what kind of service is this? I then proceeded to ask someone else and this server said “ we are having problems in the kitchen” and that someone else had given our order to somebody else’s. But our order was going going to be ready in 15 minutes so we still waited, 10 minutes later they just brought one spicy chicken sandwich that we ordered that things didn’t even had mayo or lettuce it look like if they just warmed it up.
