Horrible service tonight with BDubs in Lima, OH. She said her name is Bri. She said she’s a manager. She has no people skills. Not sure who would appoint her as a manager. Very rude. Very uncooperative when we asked for a simple refund for the items they forgot to include in our order that they charged us for on our card. She refused. After arguing for a while she finally said she could refund only 1.75. We are regular customers and because of this we will never eat at any bdubs ever again. And we will be sure tell everyone in our circle of family, friends and coworkers.

Best teriyaki wings in town

Picked up take-out. Food tasted good, but it's ridiculous what you actually get. $15ea for 5 chicken "tenders" that are more like chicken fingers, and a hand full of fries. Anywhere else my 3 kids under 8yr would eat about 7 tenders max between themselves. Not these fingers. I couldn't even feed my young family for $45. What a rip off My small thumb is included in the picture for size reference

Provides excellent service with decent good. However, food wait time was almost an hour. Wings came out somewhat hot, (indicates they'd been sitting). Atmosphere was really good, food comes at reasonable price. If you're looking for a good place to eat, this is certainly a good option.

Good service, okay food, weak drinks... went to enjoy a drink with family for birthday. Server was great and accommodating. The jumbo shrimp basket was medium shrimp, however, the batter was good and crispy. The dipping sauces as follows: Thai Curry - spicy coconut flavorful very salty, Zing Zing - mayo based with Asian zing taste like salad dressing, Asian Zing - spicy sweet and sour flavorful ginger good.... the French fries are good and fresh so don't need ketchup unless they get cold, those potato chips were good with cheese, the bean burger is huge with all the trimmings of a traditional burger, had a mudslide which was good but weak.... didn't taste any alcohol, overall a fun atmosphere, clean restrooms, pleasant service.
