Buffalo Wild Wings

Waited 1 hr 50 mins for 6 piece wings and celery that looked like this. I understand it’s a busy night, esp on a Thursday, but please serve food that’s edible and please train your employees to be just a tad more efficient.

B-Dubs is generally my go-to place for chain restaurant wings. I usually get 10 and the service is generally okay except sometimes there is nobody at the front and today was particularly bad. I ordered my food at 8:15 pm and I didn't get my food until about 9:50. And I should have opened the box to count them because I only got nine wings. I was supposed to get five and five but they gave me four of one flavor and five of the other. I'll probably come back because the food is generally better than Wingstop or wings etc, but avoid Saturday nights

No burgers available. No ranch available. That alone signals poor inventory control and lack of operational oversight. We waited over an hour for food in a casual dining environment. Meanwhile, staff were standing around on the service floor instead of actively supporting the kitchen or managing guest expectations. There was no urgency, no coordination, and no visible leadership presence. The food quality has dropped well below acceptable standards. What used to be consistent now feels careless and poorly executed. This location does not have a service problem. It has a management problem… from inventory control to floor supervision to hygiene enforcement. Until leadership addresses operations and accountability, this experience will continue to decline.

I’ve now come here several times and not once have they been on time with their orders. The lobby is regularly filled with people waiting to be seated or waiting for their orders. At the time of writing there are 8 people waiting for their mobile orders and nothing has come out of the kitchen for 30 minutes. I can see through the kitchen window several staff standing idle and constantly checking their phones. While BWW is good overall, this individual location does not have their service in order.

Took way to long, and our food came out lukewarm at best but the server was doing alright. Letting us know about why but was taking so long. But we waited an hour and a half for cold food, and the burgers weren't even right. Fries were basically ice cold and overall this place is just bs.
