Buffalo Wild Wings

This was a weirdly great Bdubs experience. I read the reviews and had low expectations but this place treated us better than most non-airport bwws. Our bartender Jean Enock was awesome and our food came out in ten minutes and was delicious. No complaints. Would come back.

This has to be the worst Airport buffalo wild wings I've ever seen. The service is super slow. They automatically charge a 20% tip. Please avoid but if you go your taking a risk

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. I ordered a cheeseburger to-go from the kiosk and ended up waiting 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, I asked a worker for an update, but she acted like she didn’t want to be there. Another worker told me with an attitude to wait outside for 5 more minutes. When I came back, I saw multiple employees just standing around chatting. Two girls even looked at me, giggled, and made me feel like they were making fun of me for asking about my order. This is at an airport, where service should be quick—people are trying to catch flights. Another customer even asked me what to do if she wanted to dine in, because no one was paying attention or offering help. I ordered to-go. Kiosk wasn't too hard to navigate, I personally got the lemon pepper wings with some carrots. The wings were a bit pricey, even for b-dubs, but I suppose it is an airport so what can you expect. Got my wings pretty quickly, I ordered them at 5:51 and I'm sitting here having finished it all at 6:15, which is better than usual for airport food service. The service was nice, well, for the tiny amount I did have to interact with them. This one lady directed me to the line to wait for my wings, and the same lady brought my food out and even came looking for me (which, in my book, is pretty above and beyond for airport food service). I never write restaurant reviews but in this case I am sitting in an airport waiting for my flight with nothing to do. I ordered a Togo order since I missed the sign that you can order at the table. After 10 minutes and my salad order appeared and I tried to sit down at a mostly empty restaurant I was told it was reserved for tables orders only and I have to leave, even though the people ahead of me who picked up a Togo order set at a table without an issue. To add injury to insult, the chicken was overcooked and the dressing I asked on the side was in the salad. I chose to eat here because I liked the food at the local Tampa location, that was a mistake. This chain just lost a customer for life.
