Buffalo Wild Wings

2.9 is overrated here. Walked in, never greeted, went to bar to order. Employees saw us, chose to disregard us as they were too busy talking. Floor was slippery, could have fallen. Bartender was not cordial at all, never once said hello, took our order. Food on floor, tables not cleaned off from the time we entered until we left. Wanted to see in kitchen!! Bathrooms filthy, I mean c’mon BWW, do you care? This place needs to be shut down. I’d have given zero stars except for food, it was not as good as other BWW’s I frequent. Tip reflected poor service, sorry, earned it. I’ll be getting a hold of corporate, bank on that. DO NOT EAT here folks!!! Smelled awful to boot. Wish I was making this up as I’m a fan of BWW.

Ordered through DoorDash. They did not give us forks or napkins. Shorted us on four ranches, some of the boneless wings had no breading. They packed marinara sauce with fried pickles and the sauce spilled all over ruining the fried pickles. I called BWW and told them the problem. They said we can drive up there to have it fixed or get a refund from DD. We are from out of town and don’t know the area and chose to pay extra for DD for that reason and I am not comfortable requesting a refund from DD when this clearly was a restaurant issue, not a driver issue.

This Place was absolutely disgusting! Never in my life have I seen a restaurant this dirty.. with that being said we still have it a chance…. But the service was really horrible not once did he check in on us offer refills. And we waited in the front for 15 minutes to get checked out. This is just horrible I will not be back!

Was visiting from out of town went to Buffalo wild wings to enjoy the Super Bowl. First, no one there to see us so we sat in the bar, which is usually no big deal got scolded for not waiting to be seated. The restaurant was empty. It wasn’t like we were taking a table from somebody waiting. The waitress didn’t even understand how to write down the simple drink order we had for vodka and soda with lime she didn’t understand what soda was. The food was average. The floor in the restaurant was slippery. It seemed like they had waxed or it was some sort of oil all over if you got up to go to the restroom or walk anywhere you were skating on ice basically when it was mentioned to the management staff, they blew it off. Experience was horrible. Only had one waiter wait a section while all the other employees stayed in the back… when asked for a manager no manager came to see what the problem was. Instead she just turned the corner to see who it was. As working in the restaurant industry myself this is unprofessional!! As well as the horrific smell of the grease as if it has not been changed in a great while. Our waiter did what he could even said he was able to give a discount. It was for the manager to solve the problem not the waiter! As for the other employees that stayed in the back chit chatting could of helped run trays! Food came out cold. I would not recommend!
