Buffalo Wild Wings GO

I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings GO location and had a disappointing experience. I walked in as a paying customer and presented a $10 coupon I had received from another Buffalo Wild Wings location in Forsyth. The supervisor, Jordan, told me they could not accept it because they had never seen one like it and claimed there was no code. After returning to my car to double-check, I found that the coupon did in fact have a code and brought that to his attention. He then stated they could not honor it because their store is a franchise and not affiliated with the Forsyth location. I completely understand that different locations may have different policies, and I was not upset that the coupon couldn’t be used. What bothered me was the lack of effort to help in any way. No alternative

Shoutout to Brandi at Buffalo Wild Wings — she is truly top-tier. Brandi is AMAZING. She’s efficient, friendly, warm, and always welcoming from the moment you walk in. My order is always right the first time, cooked exactly how I ask, and I never have to repeat myself. That alone says a lot. She makes sure I get all of my food, reminds me about my points, and her energy with her coworkers is unmatched — you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. Honestly, Brandi is the main reason I keep coming back to this location over and over again. Great service like hers makes the entire experience better every single time. If you’re dining here, Brandi is the one you want taking care of you!

I did a DoorDash order got a buffalo chicken wrap some mozzarella sticks and a burger and all of it was extremely cold. The cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted. The cheese on the wrap was not melted the mozzarella sticks I’m pretty sure they weren’t even done all the way the food was extremely cold like it had been sitting on standby I will never ever order or go back to this place again I’m very disappointed I guess I should of read the reviews first

The wings were chefs kiss. Bang for your buck. Fast service. Clean establishment. Ready on time. Friendly. It was great. I will eat here again just because of the great service. Came again 08/03.... I cannot express how horrific this was... Smoke in the building like they burnt something bad It ruined the whole experience of last time completely Just bad bad experience Wait was so far over the quoted time it was at least an extra hour...like this is bad...

The young man Gage that waited on us was a pleasure to meet. Impeccable service from such a good kid. The world needs more customer service like his!! He really reminded me there are still good people in this world. His positivity will put a smile on your face
