Buffalo Wild Wings

I took my family here on a Friday afternoon around 11:45, shortly before noon. Surprisingly it wasn’t very crowded and yet we had to wait to be seated. Once we were seated, our waitress, Mellisa came and took her drink order. Shortly after she came and took our food order to go turn it in. We waited. And waited. They keep the thermostat set very low, shivering uncomfortable cold. While you drink ice cold drinks. Our food arrived at precisely 12:25. You would like to think that the delay was because they had to cook the food fresh and hot. Unfortunately, it wasn’t hot. Now that may be a result of how cold they keep it in the restaurant, but I think it was more along the line that it sat waiting to be picked up. After we finished, we again had to wait for our waitress Mellisa to show

From the moment I walked in, Olivia has been amazing. It’s pretty dead in here this time of day but she is moving around this place like there is 500 people in her section. I am very impressed. She is also very personable while interacting with the customers. Outstanding customer service skills. The food is amazing as always!

Alyssa at Buffalo Wild Wings in Denton was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and had such a positive attitude the entire visit. Even when it got busy, she stayed on top of everything and made us feel taken care of. Great service can really make a difference, and Alyssa definitely made our experience a great one. We’ll definitely be back!

Alyssa was personable and efficient, making sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. Brett and Truman were quick to help wherever needed and kept things running smoothly, especially during a busy rush. It really stood out how well they communicated and supported each other as a team.
