Buffalo Wild Wings

Our last time eating here was a very enjoyable experience. Had a great burger and their seasoned fries are very good. We did order here once online and were missing a couple items when we got home so might want to check order before leaving. Accidents happen. Staff is always friendly and beer is always cold. That's a huge plus in book.

I ordered here and asked for delivery, the delivery guy was very nice, I have no complaints to DoorDash, but I had to wait so long for my food to be prepared, and I said it’s ok, good things need some time, but I was wrong, they took so long to give my order to the delivery guy, I was very hungry but I’m always happy to wait if the food will be hot and good, in exchange for my patience I received cold food and a side of soft and cold potatoes like if my food was made 1 hr ago, I would love to say that’s my fault because I live so far but I’m literally 2 min away from there. I’m so sad because I was very hungry and I was expecting something different, I don’t like to write this kind of comments but I had no choice here 😢

Went sat at outdoor enclosed patio. Very nice. Waitress very nice, and food was good. Downfall was.. wouldn't take my gift card. Said can't take barcode ones don't work. Nice place to go for outdoors.

Went back-to-back nights for late night food. The first night the bartender was pretty disinterested and not very welcoming, but we did get food and drinks. It was late, but not close to closing time. The next night we thought about leaving but decided to go in. She was actually worse this time. Tossed a straw towards my partner. When we settled the bill, she didn’t thank us, just took the money and left. Kind of rude. Wish we’d gone somewhere else. I filled out the QR survey on the bar. Fortunately, the other staff members were quite friendly.

We had food missing from our pickup order so we called and the manager got us new food and also gave us a gift card for the mistake and driving across town twice. The food was great as well as the customer service.
