Buffalo Wild Wings

The place has turned to absolute shit. Been here many times without commenting just to try and not be a negative Nelly but this time I have to. Had to wait 22 minutes to get our first draft beer. 45 mins to get our second draft beer. Told waiter a few Times during this time we wanted to order. Finally ordered. As of right now been here exactly 2hours, Still no food. Worst part is I think there is more workers here than patrons.

Staff is rude even if you do a pickup, I stopped eating here because they all seem bothered to have to work. Tonight they yelled at my husband because their machine didn’t work and he brought up we were kissing a drink…. Not our fault you can’t read the pick 6 had 2 drinks per order you gave us 3/4 drinks and argued like a toddler… def be visiting the north one more frequently. Management should probably get staff trained again

Gross, dirty, and they are stingy on the food. I know this isn't a 5 star joint, but the eating area and bathrooms are absolutely filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere, makes me question what the kitchen looks like 🤢. Also the portion sizes are a joke. Ordered tater tots and 10 wings, only received a handful of tots and several of the wings counted in the 10 were small than a tot. I did say something to the waitress that delivered our food, she acknowledged that they were very small and she would bring some more from the kitchen. That never happened. Prices have continued to go up, but the quality and portion size has went down. Again I know this is a fast food joint, but it doesn't seem like a novel idea that an eating establishment is clean. Take some pride in your business. 🤷

I had been avoiding eating at a BW3 since I had numerous bad visits but this one is brand new and across from my hotel so I gave in. I was really pleased with the food. I was especially pleased with the server in the bar area. When my food was done the kitchen ran it out. I love when they do that instead of letting it sit in the window. It shows teamwork and a good kitchen crew. When that happens the food is usually very good and it was. Fresh fixings and well cooked.

Please never order delivery from here if you want missing food or sauces. I ordered through their Buffalo Wild Wings delivery and received no sauce for my wings. There is no way for any of us to pick up the sauces and the Manager wanted us to personally contact DoorDash to get another dasher. But I didn’t order through DoorDash so there is no way for them to help me. Honestly if you’re going to eat there just go in person. Their delivery is terrible, so disappointed.
