Talk about a let down. Visited during lunch hours and still waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches ordered from the self service kiosk. Just walking up to the counter you could feel the tension from people waiting a ridiculously long time for basic orders. While a wait is okay for something great, our sandwiches were just okay and offered no value. The pastrami bagel sandwich which we paid $3 extra for the protein option had a shamefully small portion. For $12 and a wait that was long enough for any other restaurant to prepare a full meal it's obvious they don't have it all together. The reviews are real and the business should do something to address the genuine concerns. The staff also shows no empathy or care for the lack of efficiency and delayed orders. Hard Rock bagel Cafe is my new name for it. And the owner she's rude she talking about I don't know who you are well I was a customer. I'm still an emergency room trying to see about my broken tooth. Other than the treatment from 817 this a.m. it was just an awful office experience. And it's all my fault I should have never ever went in there. I see people in my building. With bags from there. The first one I tried my daughter brought her with $50 worth for our family in the hospital with my other daughter. Not bad try but not bad. I knew when I asked for my refund right then I should have just got it. Don't concede don't . Just go with your first frame of thought. And maybe I wouldn't be in the emergency. Cool little counter service Jewish fare spot. Unfortunately, my bagel breakfast sandwich was over cooked, didn't have a binder, so was incredibly dry - it was a everything bagel, egg, bacon and cheese. It needed butter or something give it moisture.
