Very disappointed in the quality of this food. My sandwich is 1cm tall. What’s up Dave? Is this what it is now. I loved seeing you at the window and the food quality was supreme. Over all first experience made me only chance returning. I do appreciate your business as a long time customer.

The cost is outrageous but i wanted to love it so I bit the bullet. This is a rebranded a&w. I havent one time went to this building, no matter the color, and felt as if ive gotten my money's worth. I was excited to try this food but over 20$ for two grilled cheese meals and almost 50$ total to add a 3 piece meal and a chicken salad sandwich. Waited around 12 or 13 minutes for A&W. (THAT IS NOT HERE FOR A REASON..) Spend your money elsewhere. I am happy to say that whatever they put in this building will not be robbing me again. I recommend against this and will not be returning. Pic of the grilled cheese that comes in at 11.50 for a meal. 🤦

Love the spicy sauce! Food came out hot & fresh, everything cooked perfectly. The ice cream is an awesome value, love the Dole whip!

This place serves the absolutely best fries in town, and the root beer is truly outstanding. Everyone—kids and adults alike—had an amazing time, enjoying delicious food in a calming, God-focused setting. It’s the perfect spot for a fun and wholesome outing that everyone will love. God bless Tennessee and our locals!

First of all I just have to say I LOVE what you guys did with the place it really brings out the smokies. I came by Friday night and the 2 girls up front greeted us with open arms and a big smile the nicest I’ve seen in any fast food really. When I received my food they made sure I had everything I needed. My burger was missing a couple of veggies could’ve been the wrong order but the shift manager on shift that night went beyond measurements to ensure I had everything correct with my burger and outstanding hot food. She personally brought my burger back with fresh refills and made sure I didn’t need anything before she continued her job. Service has gotten a lot better guys and I will be back very soon!!
